Things to do in Tasmania with Jason Van Der Slot

He remembers growing up in the beautiful country and has fond memories of exploring all of the wonderful things one can do in Tasmania. Below, he would like to present some of his favorite places to visit while in Tasmania.

·         Louisa’s walk. Jason Van Der Slot says that Louisa’s Walk is a beautiful destination for those who enjoy experiencing nature and history. It is a peaceful place to take a stroll throughout the area while actors in period costume tell the tale of Louisa Regan, an Irish convict sentenced to jail for stealing a loaf of bread.
·         Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary. Jason Van Der Slot also advises that you check out the Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary while visiting Tasmania. It is a wonderful place that was established to rescue injured wildlife from around the area. Make sure to take the whole family as it is a must-see experience.
·         Mount Wellington. If you like to things from a beautiful view, then Jason Van Der Slot says this is the place for you. It is one of the most beautiful places in all of Tasmania that rises 1271 meters above sea level to the west of Hobart.  
·         Theatre Royal. If you are looking to take in some international culture, then Jason Van Der Slot recommends you check out the Theatre Royal. It is a Tasmanian center for the performing arts that presents live theatre, music, dance and other forms of entertainment.
·         Mona Museum and Art Gallery. Jason Van Der Slot also recommends that you check out the Mona Museum and Art Gallery. Go here and discover the many wondrous artifacts and artistic pieces that Tasmania treasures.
